**DESCRIPTION** --------------- AWS is deploying battery energy storage systems (BESS) across its global data center fleet. To support this initiative, we are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to support the BESS program lead in coordinating delivery across AWS's full BESS portfolio — spanning front\-of\-the\-meter (FTM), behind\-the\-meter (BTM), and strategic energy partnerships. You will build and run the program mechanisms that keep a complex, multi\-org initiative on track: standing up reporting cadences, driving cross\-functional alignment, and ensuring senior leadership has clear visibility into capacity delivery, timelines, and decisions needed. This is a high\-visibility role with direct exposure to Director and VP level reviews.
