About the Role We’re looking for a hands\-onLogistics Lead to help drive daily operations across our distribution center. In this role, you’ll lead and support teams across receiving, shipping, inventory, and fulfillment—ensuring work flows efficiently and problems are solved quickly. You’ll act as a key partner to leadership, mentor team members, and help improve processes using continuous improvement practices. What You’ll Do * Coordinate and delegate daily work across warehouse functions (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, etc.) * Support team members with troubleshooting and operational guidance * Serve as a liaison between employees and management * Train and mentor employees; act as a subject matter expert (SME) * Rotate staff across functions based on business needs * Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and internal tools to manage workflows * Identify process improvements and support Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives * Promote a safe, clean, and productive work environment * Provide feedback to leadership on team performance What We’re Looking For * 3 years (internal) or 5 years (external) in a high\-volume warehouse/logistics environment * Experie...
