AREA MANAGER – COSTCO ROADSHOWS Love the energy of a live demo? Ready to build and lead your own sales team? CINQ is a knife sharpening brand, and our Costco roadshow program is scaling. We're building local rep teams in urban markets with several Costco warehouses close together, and we're hiring our first Area Manager to lead the way. This is the first role of its kind at CINQ, so you'll have a real hand in shaping how the program grows. What are we looking for? A seller who can also lead. You'll hire and train a local team of reps, schedule who works which Costco and when, and work the floor yourself, demoing and selling CINQ sharpeners alongside them. You roll your sleeves up, thrive in front of a crowd, and have a track record that proves it. Main Responsibilities (in order of priority) * Demo and sell CINQ sharpeners at Costco roadshows, leading by example on the floor * Recruit and hire local reps to cover shows across the warehouses in your area * Train reps on the product demo, the sales approach and safe knife handling * Build and manage the rep schedule: who is at which Costco, and when, so every show day is covered * Track sales by show and by rep, and coach your team t...
