**Job Requirements** **Starting Salary: $90, 000 yearly** Join our team as a Facilities Operations Manager and help maintain the exceptional standards of Turning Stone Resort Casino and The Lodge. In this key leadership role, you will oversee our Rapid Response, Aesthetics, Carpentry, and Upholstery teams while managing projects, budgets, vendors, and daily operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced facilities leader who enjoys developing teams, solving problems, and creating a safe, welcoming, and beautifully maintained resort environment. **What does a Facilities Operations Manager do?** * Manages all aspects of the Rapid Response, Aesthetics, Carpenters, and Upholstery groups within Facilities. Ensures the teams in these departments are trained on, and consistently meet Turning Stone Enterprises’ service standards. * Responsible for scheduling Senior Supervisors to ensure sufficient coverage at all times.
