**Two Position Openings \-****One is Day Shift roughly 8am \- 5pm****One is Night Shift roughly 5pm \- 2am** **Position Overview:** Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and distribution. Manage warehouse personnel, staffing, scheduling, and performance to ensure operational efficiency, safety, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Oversee warehouse budgets, procedures, equipment, and reporting while implementing process improvements to control costs, maximize productivity, and meet business objectives. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Plan, direct, and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, loading, shipping, and distributing materials, supplies, and equipment. * Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse employees; assign workloads, establish performance expectations, and ensure adequate staffing and productivity. * Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, stock replenishment, and investigation of inventory discrepancies. * Coordinate order fulfillment, de...
