**Kleinschmidt** has a full\-time opening for an **Entry Level Structural Fish Passage Engineer** to perform analysis, design and engineering for work related to fisheries, hydroelectric, and water resources projects in our **Seattle, WA, Redmond, WA, or Portland, OR** offices. Our flexibility and core value of relationships allow us to offer employees the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment including working from the office and remotely. This position requires three days per week in\-office. *Salary: $65,000 – $86,000/year (based on experience)* **Who You Are** A candidate with a BS, BSc or BEng in Civil Engineering (concentration in Structural Engineering) with a strong interest in working on fish passage projects. Relevant coursework in structural design of concrete and steel structures, finite element analysis, hydraulics, and soil mechanics. *Technically Focused:* Knowledge of standards and codes applicable to the structural engineering discipline is required. No two fish passage projects are the same, so the ideal candidate will bring a creative, problem\-solving mentality to each job.
