Supply Chain Manager – Manufacturing Operations Taylor Rig \& Equipment \| Lubbock, Texas We're looking for a builder, not a caretaker. Taylor Rig \& Equipment is a growing manufacturer of drilling and well\-service equipment. Our business is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced, hands\-on Supply Chain Manager to help us build the systems and processes needed to support that growth. This is not a position where you'll inherit a perfectly organized department with established procedures and reliable data. We have challenges with inventory accuracy, purchasing execution, material planning, and process discipline. We recognize those challenges, and we're committed to fixing them. We're looking for someone who enjoys that kind of work.
