The People Communications and Engagement Lead position is in the Organizational Effectiveness group, on the People Communications and Engagement team. This position focuses on change management strategy, planning and delivery. In addition, the position also supports the vision and mission of the People Communications team at Sidley and is responsible for working with the team to build the foundation of People Communications to support the vision. This position will primary work to manage and drive change management and communications for projects in the Data and AI space, though that could change as the team and work evolve. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Conduct change impact assessment across audiences and phases of the project. * Develop change management and communication strategies and plans based on change impact assessment results. * Collaborate with the people communications team to create and deliver project communications, leveraging existing standards, processes, tools and templates. * Collaborate with Learning and Development team to determine training strategies and approaches and help execute training. * Develop change network strategy and plan and lead change net...
