**Job Overview** We are looking for a caring, responsible, and dependable babysitter/nanny to care for our three young children, a 3\-year\-old and 1\-year\-old twins, in our home in the Carriage Trails neighborhood (Tipp City/Huber Heights area). We hope to find someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children, takes pride in their work, and is interested in becoming a trusted, long\-term part of our family. We are open to a stay\-at\-home mom who may want to bring her own child along, or a mature Wright State student with daytime availability! We would be happy to discuss an arrangement that works well for everyone. Our home offers a comfortable, welcoming environment with a fenced backyard and a spacious playroom, with plenty of opportunities for fun and creative play. Our ideal caregiver is mature, patient, energetic, and dependable, with good judgment and strong communication skills.
