Home Health PRN PT position in Austin, TX, with competitive per visit rates and mileage reimbursement! Will perform home visits to patients needing home health services. Will provide all necessary services including, but not limited to, Orthopedic Aftercare, Brain and Spine Care, Pain Management, Fall prevention, Gait and Balance training, Home Safety, Transfer and Equipment training, Wound care, Disease Management, Patient Education, Caregiver Education, In Home Documentation (Wellsky/Kinnser). Must perform start of cares and follow patients. We are looking for a great PT to join a small, dedicated team with the goal of providing the best patient experience. The ideal applicant would be able to work independently, make an impact in the lives of our patients, and grow with us.
