This mid\-career position will be responsible for managing multiple capital and expense Mid\-Cap projects (roughly $1 million to $25 million TIC per project) simultaneously within an approved budget and execution schedule. The Project Manager will be responsible for the project from conceptual engineering through project completion. The position will report to the Refining Engineering Manager (Mid\-Cap) and have responsibility for managing all aspects of assigned projects to define overall project scope, develop a cost estimate and schedule, develop construction work packages, support project construction and close out the projects.
