Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team at our headquarters in Newark, New Jersey. The Finance Manager will oversee the daily financial operations of the company, including accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll oversight, job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. **Responsibilities:*** Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bank Reconciliations, and Credit Card Reconciliations * Monitor and review job costing, project budgets, profitability, and Work\-in\-Progress (WIP) reports * Prepare monthly forecasts, profitability studies, expense analyses, and financial reports for management * Manage accounts receivable collections and ensure timely customer billing, including AIA billing and requisitions * Review and maintain accurate accounting of project change orders, contracts, lien waivers, bonds, and insurance requirements * Work closely with Project Managers and Purchasing to review budgets, estimates, and project costs * Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and financial reporting requir...
