Overview: The Associate Implementation Manager is responsible for managing smaller client implementations, internal initiatives, and defined workstreams within larger implementation programs. This role serves as a developmental position within the Implementation organization, expanding from coordination and execution support into direct ownership of implementation planning, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery oversight. The Associate Implementation Manager partners closely with Implementation Managers, Implementation Consultants, Product, Technology, Operations, Training, QA, and Account Management teams to support successful implementation outcomes. While operating with guidance on more complex client engagements, this role is accountable for maintaining implementation plans, coordinating activities, managing risks, and ensuring assigned workstreams remain on track.
