Description

We are seeking a dependable, detail\-oriented, and experienced **Production \& Packaging Manager** to oversee daily production and packaging operations within our medical cannabis facility. This individual will be responsible for managing production workflows, supervising employees, maintaining product quality, and ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) regulations. The ideal candidate is a hands\-on leader who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, promote workplace safety, and ensure production and packaging goals are consistently met without compromising quality or regulatory compliance.
