Introduction / Background This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines the activities, deliverables, and responsibilities for the Packaging Program Management Services. The purpose of this service is to ensure effective design, validation, and implementation of returnable packaging solutions that meet OEM and Tier 1 supplier requirements while maintaining cost efficiency, quality, and production readiness while keeping reworks and waste at its minimum. The field service component provides on\-site technical support during key validation stages at customer plants, Tier 1 OEMs, Packaging fabricators and Design Houses all this to ensure seamless coordination between design, manufacturing, and production approval processes. 2\.
