**POSITION SUMMARY** Under the general direction and guidance of the Chief Medical Officer, the Director of Pharmacy is responsible for all operations of the Pharmacy department in accordance with Federal and State Laws and Regulations as they pertain to the practice of pharmacy. The Director of Pharmacy ensures that all legal, accreditation, and certification requirements are met, assumes a leadership role in planning and delivering patient care, and ensures the pharmacy department upholds the standard operating procedures of Cooperative Health. **PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES** *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* * Develops and supervises all aspects of the Cooperative Health pharmacy department in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. * Develops and updates pharmacy policy and procedure. * Ensures the efficient operation of the pharmacy within established guidelines. * Serves as the direct supervisor for all pharmacists; conducts performance reviews, recommends merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions. * Reviews, negotiates, and implements all pharmacy contracts and updates i...
