Description: Job Summary: The role of the Training Manager is to manage day\-to\-day store operations and achieve store performance objectives at an individual location. In addition, the Training Manager role will support a team of stores which will include new hire training, creating, and managing the work schedules, assisting in team sales skill development, and interviewing as part of the recruitment process.
