**Job Title: Property Accountant – Multifamily Real Estate** **Reports To:** Controller **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Location:** Farmingdale, NJ **Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.** **Position Overview** We are seeking a detail\-oriented Property Accountant to oversee the accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of multifamily residential properties. This individual will be responsible for monthly financial close, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, budget variance analysis, and collaboration with property management teams to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial performance.
