Description: We are seeking a **Staff Accountant** to join our Accounting and Finance team supporting multiple recycling company locations. This individual will play a key role in managing inventory, analyzing financial performance, tracking costs, and partnering closely with Operations Managers to drive efficiency and profitability across locations. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee commodity inventory review and accounting management across multiple sites. * Perform month\-end closing, financial statement review, and variance analysis. * Review weekly performance and cost trend reports for assigned locations. * Lead multi\-location, multi\-state accounting operations and ensure consistency in processes. * Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives through data\-driven analysis. * Review weekly reporting and production reporting with managers and establish action plans * Conduct monthly operating reviews with Operations Managers; create and follow up on actionable financial improvement plans. * Develop and monitor budgets, perform trending analysis, and resolve financial variances. * Support special projects and cross\-functional initiatives as assigned. **Compensation \& ...
