The POA Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the community's facilities, common areas, recreational amenities, equipment, and property in a safe, clean, functional, and well\-maintained condition. While the position includes routine maintenance responsibilities such as cleaning, changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and general property upkeep, these duties represent only one portion of the role. The Maintenance Technician will regularly participate in a wide variety of **hands\-on maintenance, repair, construction\-type, and property improvement projects** throughout the community.
