**POSITION SUMMARY** The Security Account Manager is the senior on\-site security leader responsible for the overall performance of security operations for a large\-scale industrial construction project. The role owns client service, the master schedule, personnel deployment, supervisor performance, post execution, incident response, and operational effectiveness. The Account Manager maintains a visible leadership presence while delegating appropriate day\-to\-day responsibilities to Shift Supervisors, who manage their assigned shifts, personnel, post coverage, inspections, and routine operational issues. The Account Manager retains overall accountability, provides direction and escalation support, and ensures consistent standards across all shifts. The Account Manager works with the client and Manager of Strategic Operations to establish staffing and coverage requirements and partners with the Staffing Coordinator, who owns recruiting, onboarding, personnel administration, and compliance support. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\.
