Account Manager As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6–8 individuals while working directly with our existing clients to service their accounts and assist with setting up new accounts as needed. Responsibilities include: * Providing excellent customer service and responding to client questions. * Leading, coaching, and supporting team members. * Coordinating schedules, appointments, and daily team activities. * Reviewing existing accounts and assisting with updates. * Helping clients establish new accounts based on their request. * Maintaining accurate records and completing required documentation. * Monitoring team performance and helping achieve established goals. * Following up with clients to ensure requests are handled promptly. We are looking for someone with strong communication, organization, and leadership skills who takes initiative and works well with others.
