OPERATIONS MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION \& REMODELING The Operations Manager is responsible for the day\-to\-day performance of construction and remodeling operations—from project handoff through final closeout. This role ensures projects are **properly planned, staffed, scheduled, executed, and completed profitably** while maintaining high standards for quality and customer service. The Operations Manager leads the production team, removes roadblocks, holds people accountable, and creates an organized and predictable operation that **does not require ownership to manage routine daily issues.** Key ResponsibilitiesProject \& Production Management * Maintain visibility into the **schedule, staffing, financial performance, and major issues** of all active projects. * Ensure projects are prepared before starting, including scope, schedule, permits, labor, subcontractors, and materials. * Conduct regular project reviews and proactively resolve delays, quality concerns, customer issues, and production roadblocks. * Ensure projects move efficiently from handoff through punch list and final closeout.
