**ABOUT THE FIRM** ------------------ Our client is a lower middle market private equity firm headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida. Launched in 2026, the Firm is partnering with founder and family\-owned businesses through its first institutional fund with a $150 million target. The Firm held its first fund close within four months of launch and is focused on investing across the U.S. lower middle market. Built on the values of integrity, excellence, and entrepreneurial drive, the Firm has been intentionally designed with institutional\-grade infrastructure from day one, supported by highly experienced third\-party partners across legal, finance \& accounting, and compliance. This role is the Firm's first dedicated in\-house finance leader. The VP of Finance will manage the Firm's outsourced providers and over time develop additional in\-house resources.
