DFM Project Engineer **Location:** Hybrid/Remote (based on company policy) in Guaynabo or Mayaguez, Puerto Rico **Job Type:** Full\-Time About the Role We are seeking a DFM Engineer to support the technical and commercial review of custom manufacturing opportunities. This position serves as a critical link between customers, Sales, suppliers/manufacturing partners, and internal operations. The DFM Engineer reviews customer engineering drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders, and contractual requirements to determine whether an order can be manufactured successfully and whether the commercial and technical requirements are aligned before the order moves into production. The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings with the ability to review Purchase Orders (POs), contracts, Terms \& Conditions (T\&Cs), and customer requirements. This is not solely a design role. It requires technical judgment, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate directly with internal teams, customers, and manufacturing partners.
