**Position Overview** We are seeking a highly analytical and detail\-oriented Business \& Financial Analyst to drive data\-driven decision\-making across our financial, clinical operations, grants and revenue cycle operations. The primary responsibility will be creating sophisticated financial and statistical analysis around healthcare RCM and financial KPIs. The ideal candidate will transform raw healthcare data into actionable insights through statistical analysis, trend reporting, KPI tracking, and interactive dashboard creation. The analyst will evaluate critical financial metrics—including gross margins, cost overruns, and liquidity—and directly support the monthly financial close process.
