**PSCI\-LIA, a fast\-growing 8(a), SDVOSB, and woman\-owned small business, is seeking an Off\-Site Contract Manager for an upcoming contract.** **Position Overview** The Off\-Site Contract Manager provides overall management and oversight of the company's government contract supporting U.S. Army Carlisle Barracks. This position ensures services meet contract requirements, performance standards, schedules, and budget expectations. The manager serves as the company's primary point of contact for government representatives and provides direction to on\-site leadership and assigned personnel. The Contract Manager has complete corporate authority over operational, personnel, and contractual issues.
