**$10,000 for one month or $5,000 for a two\-week engagement — travel and hotel accommodations provided.** Ford of Madisonville is seeking an experienced automotive service professional for a temporary, on\-site consulting assignment. This role will work directly with service department staff and management to evaluate operations, coach the team, and recommend practical improvements in productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability. **Ideal Candidate** * 10\+ years of experience as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, or Service Director preferred. * Ford dealership experience strongly preferred. * Strong understanding of service department operations, advisor performance, and shop workflow. * Proven ability to coach staff and turn recommendations into results. * Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills. **Responsibilities** * Review current service department operations and identify opportunities for improvement. * Coach service advisors on customer communication, repair recommendations, and follow\-up. * Help improve appointment scheduling, workflow, and coordination between advisors and technicians. * Work with management to strengthen productivity, p...
