We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion, managing budgets, schedules, field operations, and project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable project delivery. **Responsibilities** * Manage commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through installation, commissioning, and closeout. * Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, workforce planning, cost forecasting, and profitability. * Coordinate superintendents, foremen, electricians, subcontractors, suppliers, and general contractors. * Review electrical drawings, specifications, contracts, and construction documents to verify scope and identify potential issues. * Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, material purchasing, commissioning, punch lists, and closeout documentation. * Monitor labor productivity, project expenses, billing, cash flow, and overall financial performance. * Coordinate with estimating, preconstruction, BIM/VDC, and field operations teams to support project execution. * Work with BIM/VDC specialists to resolve design conflicts and address constructability issues. * Lead project...
