We acquire unique properties at auction and through traditional channels, then renovate, rent, sell, and develop across multiple entities. ***Capital moves fast here***. Auction purchases, construction spending, financing, and money moving between entities require accurate, ongoing financial oversight—not just a monthly close. We're looking for a hands\-on financial leader who takes charge, builds better systems, and frees up ownership to focus on growing the company. **What You'll Own** 1\. Accounting \& Financial Reporting Own QuickBooks Online, multi\-entity accounting, job costing, reconciliations, and financial controls. Deliver accurate monthly financials within 15 calendar days of month\-end, following initial cleanup. Maintain weekly transaction visibility with no unidentified transactions older than two weeks. 2\. Cash Flow, Controls \& Risk Management Maintain a rolling 13\-week cash forecast and cash conversion cycle timeline, with weekly cash visibility by entity.
