Pittsburg Meadowbrook 8 Theatre is seeking a General Manager (GM)! Responsible for all day\-to\-day operation of the business, a GM ensuring the best customer experience is delivered 100% of the time. This includes the training and supervision of a staff of up to 12 part\-time employees. The responsibilities of the position will require 40\-45 hours each week, and employees can flex their hours from week to week as needed. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver a superior customer\-service experience for guests * Ensure that all daily/nightly duties are executed with consistency * Supervise staff and offer advice, training, and correction when necessary * Prepare staffing schedules * Coordinate special events and activities with customers * Ensure staff is trained to operate digital sound and projection equipment * Account for cash and non\-cash receipts and ensure adequate change/petty cash * Track inventory levels and handle ordering * Represent the business in various community events and organizations **Minimum Qualifications** * High school diploma * Superior communication and customer service skills * A minimum of 3 years in a management or similar supervisory role overseeing more t...
