Description: Position Overview The Medical Assistant (MA) is an essential member of the clinical team in a fast\-paced podiatry practice, supporting providers in delivering high\-quality patient care. Travel to other locations may be required for this position. This position is part of a structured Tiered Medical Assistant Program designed to strengthen clinical skills, promote professional development, and support long\-term career growth while ensuring consistency and efficiency across all clinic locations. We are seeking a motivated Medical Assistant to join our team. This role offers increasing levels of responsibility over time through a defined MA Tier structure, based on skill, experience, performance, and demonstrated competencies. Medical Assistants are assigned to Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 and may advance or be reassigned through formal performance evaluations and ongoing managerial review.
