Pharmacist Consultant—One\-Time Policy Review **Engagement Overview** Agave Residential has expanded to AZ Destiny Homes, a medical\-support nursing group home licensed by the DHS and the Division of Developmental Disabilities , is seeking a qualified pharmacist for a one\-time consulting engagement. The consultant will support the agency in meeting applicable state requirements, including Article A.A.C. R9\-10\-2221(B)(1\)(a), which requires a pharmacist to review and approve medication\-administration policies and procedures. **Scope of Services** The selected pharmacist consultant will review the final draft of the medication\-administration policies and procedures, provide professional feedback and recommended revisions, and sign the policy upon determining that it meets applicable requirements and professional standards. **Engagement Terms** This is a one\-time consulting assignment.
