**Property management company is seeking a PART\-TIME on site Resident Manager Individual that can do Management to manage remodeled apartment complex in Tukwila, less than 60 units.** *\*\*You must be able to perform the tasks of a Resident Manager (training provided)* **Key Factors:** * Compensation is very competitive, including some rent credit for 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment, and cash stipend potential. * Flexible hours for part time duties * FT role would be considered depending on experience. **Resident Manager Duties include, but are not limited to:** * Tenant complaint management * Rent Collection (Minimal) * Delivering Notices * Assisting in maintenance requests management/coordination * Showing units and potential leasing * On\-site inspections, etc. * Basic Maintenance duties * Walking and inspecting the units **All applicants must have:** * Fantastic communication skills * Be able to live on\-site * Be able to climb stairs * Be able to lift 25 lbs * Excellent computer skills * Training provided * Support Staffing available * Strong sales, marketing, \& customer service experience * Strong written/oral communication skills * Potential to learn and grow in Real Esta...
