**Job Description:** Sr. Associate Brand Manager Innovation\- Salty Chicago, IL Office\-based The Senior Associate Brand Manager for Salty Innovation will help shape and deliver the innovation agenda for Pringles and Combos. This role leads line extensions from ideation through launch, uses data and insights to strengthen the innovation pipeline, and measures in\-market performance to turn results into actionable learning. Working across Marketing, Sales, Customer Marketing, and channel teams, the Sr. ABM will align partners, manage project timelines and budgets, and help move high\-priority initiatives forward. The ideal candidate is an analytical, action\-oriented marketer who can manage complex projects and translate insights into clear recommendations. What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred * 3 years’ Marketing work experience required, preferably within CPG industry. * Previous experience with Nielson * Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening).
