You'll own the accuracy of our books, help run a tight month\-end close, and act as a true business partner to leadership. This isn't a bookkeeping seat. We want someone who sees the numbers, asks why, and helps us run a better company. **What You'll Do** * Lead the month\-end and year\-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations * Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with US GAAP * Maintain job costing, WIP schedules, and percentage\-of\-completion revenue recognition * Support AIA billings and progress invoicing on commercial projects * Prepare lender reporting and covenant compliance calculati...
