**Job Title: Program Manager** **Job Location:** Naval Base, Norfolk, VA **Job Category:** Professional **Job Status:** Full Time, Exempt **This position is a “Contingent Hire” position contingent upon a potential award of a new U.S. Navy contract to QED Systems.** **Salary Range: $105,000/year – $125,000/year** **Job Description:** Individual will serve as Program Manager (PM) in support of a Navy Surface Ship Maintenance Training contract and will be responsible for overall contract execution. The PM will serve as the QED Systems primary point of contact with Surface Ship Type Commanders and the contracts representative. The PM will also be responsible for maintaining and reporting contract performance metrics and status. The PM will conduct semi\-annual in\-person meetings with Navy Type Commanders in support of Program Reviews. **Job Requirements/skill sets:** Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in U.S. Navy Maintenance training with 5 years of experience at the Program Management level. **Education Requirements:** Bachelor of Science degree or PMP certification preferred. **Security Clearance/Naval Facility Access:** U.S. citizenship required.
