Design \& Engineering: * Create layouts and detailed engineering for construction projects that stay within the scope, schedule, and budget of the project. * Create professional concept drawings, flow diagrams, and construction drawings in AutoCAD or Inventor or other design software. * Manage out\-sourced engineering tasks. * Communicate design details to drafting and project management to ensure efficient execution of the project. * Respond to RFIs for ongoing projects. Project Management: * Maintain an excellent working relationship with the customer throughout the duration of construction projects. * Assist project managers with technical support they need while they manage the scope of work, budget, and schedule of construction projects. * Assist project managers with change orders and eliminate scope creep on construction projects. * Exceed customer expectations on all projects. * Analyze performance on completed projects and store results for use in future estimating efforts. * Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
