As a Clinical Pharmacist, a caregiver in this role will provide inpatient pharmacy services at Tradition Hospital, located on the hospital’s second floor. As the hospital continues to expand, the pharmacy remains a busy and integral part of patient care, with pharmacists collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, effective and timely medication management.
