Overview We are looking for an experienced Master Mechanic to join our fleet maintenance team. This is a hands\-on position for a highly skilled mechanic who can diagnose and repair heavy construction equipment, diesel trucks, trailers, and support vehicles. We are looking for more than someone who can replace parts. We need a problem solver who can diagnose the root cause of a failure, determine the correct repair, and get equipment safely back into service with minimal downtime. Duties * Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy construction equipment and fleet vehicles. * Diagnose and repair diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, drivetrains, brakes, steering, and suspension systems. * Use diagnostic software, scan tools, test equipment, hydraulic schematics, and electrical schematics. * Troubleshoot hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, motors, hoses, and controls. * Perform preventive maintenance and inspections. * Diagnose equipment failures and determine the root cause. * Perform field repairs and emergency breakdown service when required. * Work on excavators, loaders, skid steers, lifts, compactors, attachments, and other construction equipment. * Ma...
