**Accounting Manager \- Rivertown Dental** **POSITION SUMMARY** The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading the day\-to\-day accounting function for Rivertown Dental and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of the organization’s financial records and reporting. This role owns the monthly close process, general ledger, account reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, accounts payable oversight, payroll accounting, and the accounting controls necessary to support a growing multi\-location dental organization. The Accounting Manager serves as the internal subject matter expert for accounting operations, partnering closely with executive leadership and external finance, tax, audit, and advisory partners. This individual will establish scalable accounting processes, strengthen financial controls, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure leadership has reliable financial information from which to operate the business. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting knowledge with an operational mindset and has experience improving accounting processes in a growing or multi\-entity organization.
