**What We're Looking For:** You possess a passion for all things marketing, whether it’s digital or traditional. You possess a basic understanding of the most common CMS (WordPress, Joomla, etc.), basic HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, or you must be excellent at utilizing the power of Google and understand how to implement such coding. We do not require you to possess expert knowledge of programming, SEO, and Google Ad Words. However, you must possess at minimum, entry\-level experience. You will be responsible for improving our client's organic search results, creating and optimizing Google Ad Words campaigns, lead generation, and lead performance. You will create and launch SEO \& Google Ad Words campaigns including local, regional, national, and international campaigns; identify areas of improvement, \& improve our client's website rankings in major search engines.
