### **About the Team** Point of Rental is the global leader in rental software. Our platform runs the day\-to\-day operations of thousands of rental businesses worldwide. This team owns the enterprise cloud applications at the center of that platform, including a multi\-year modernization of our battle\-tested WinForms product into a modern web UI. We're hiring a DevOps \& Release Engineer to own how that product gets built, tested, and shipped, so every release is predictable, repeatable, and low\-risk. **What You'll Do** ------------------ * Own the release lifecycle for our enterprise platform: plan release schedules, coordinate with Dev and QA, and run go/no\-go readiness checks * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for both the legacy desktop product and the new web application * Deploy updates, fixes, and hotfixes across environments (dev, QA, staging, production) * Manage versioning, branching, and build artifacts so every release is traceable * Define and maintain rollback plans so a failed release can be recovered quickly * Automate repetitive build, deploy, and release tasks with Python and Bash * Use AI coding tools every day to write scripts, troublesh...
