**TUFF JUG \| NAMPA, IDAHO \| FULL\-TIME, ON\-SITE** **Base salary:** $110,000–$1300,000 \+ performance\-based bonus. We have experienced triple\-digit growth, built a thriving direct\-to\-consumer business, and expanded our Idaho manufacturing operations. We value initiative, accountability, creativity, and results. **The Opportunity** We are seeking a proven ecommerce leader to take full ownership of our direct\-to\-consumer business and drive profitable growth. This is an on\-site leadership role at our Nampa headquarters, reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating closely with sales, manufacturing, product development, and operations. You will oversee Shopify Plus, paid acquisition, retention, conversion optimization, Amazon, and overall ecommerce performance.
