Description: The Area Sales \& Marketing Director is a floating, multi\-site leadership role supporting Regional Sales across Parallel Management Group's portfolio of senior living and home care communities. Acting as a Sales Director\-at\-large, this role travels between locations to provide hands\-on sales and marketing leadership — covering communities with a vacant or newly filled Sales Director position, stabilizing underperforming markets, and coaching site\-level teams. The ideal candidate is a proven senior living sales leader who can walk into an unfamiliar market, quickly build referral relationships, and drive census, occupancy, and revenue growth with minimal ramp\-up time. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as interim, floating Sales Director for communities with a leadership vacancy, onboarding gap, or performance shortfall, running day\-to\-day sales operations until a permanent hire is onboarded and ramped. * Partner with Regional Sales leadership to identify underperforming communities and deploy targeted, on\-site sales and marketing support. * Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior centers, physician offices, home ...
