**Overview** Women In Non Traditional Employment Roles (WINTER) is a nonprofit organization with a mission to train, educate and prepare women for transformative careers in the construction industry. Under the direction of the Director of Operations, the Career Services Specialist will be responsible for supporting WINTER’s program participants in securing sustainable union employment opportunities in the building and construction trades. We are seeking an individual who is detail\-oriented, a problem solver and adaptable. The person in this role will be involved in building relationships with union representatives and employers, guiding program graduates through the placement process, and providing post\-placement support to ensure a successful transition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in job placement, employer engagement and passion for helping women gain access to meaningful employment.
