**Position Summary** The Night Auditor oversees Front Desk operations during the overnight shift while completing nightly audit and financial reconciliation processes. This role serves as the primary hotel representative overnight, ensuring exceptional guest service, accurate financial reporting, and the safe, efficient operation of the hotel. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform nightly audits, reconcile revenue, balance transactions, and close the business day in the PMS (Maestro). * Verify guest folios, room charges, credit card transactions, adjustments, and cash drawer balances. * Research and resolve discrepancies and prepare required financial and occupancy reports. * Greet, check in, and check out guests while providing prompt, professional service. * Assist with reservations, guest requests, and service recovery efforts. * Monitor hotel safety and security, respond to emergencies, and document incidents as needed. * Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, and management regarding overnight operations. * Maintain accurate records and comply with hotel accounting, security, and service standards. * Support VIP and special\-occasion guests and communicate key information dur...
