Overview: **FP\&A Analyst****Location:** Tysons Corner, VA As a Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A) Analyst at Integral Federal, you will support company growth and optimal financial outcomes. The FP\&A Analyst plays an important part in the company’s short\-term and long\-term forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. This is a visible role for a self\-motivated individual where you will collaborate cross\-functionally in a fast\-paced environment. This role is based in the company’s McLean, VA office Monday–Thursday, with Friday as a telework day. Responsibilities: * Performance Measurement – Participate in the design and tracking of key performance indicators, creating budget vs. actual analyses, financial statement analysis, operating expense analysis, identifying trends/business drivers, and internal benchmarking. * Financial Reporting – Create ongoing management reporting for executives, the Board of Directors, and internal stakeholders; assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks, ascertain the impact on forward\-looking projections, and effectively communicate these findings to senior leadership. * Budgeting/Forecasting/Plann...
