**Definition and Basic Function:** This is an Executive Team position responsible for the overall strategic and administrative responsibilities of the financial operation of Jessica \& Friends Community. In addition to providing guidance and input into the overall Strategic Plan, this position also is the manager and leader of the Finance Department, IT Services, and the Facilities Manager. This position is responsible for all day\-to\-day operations; i.e. payroll, accounts payable, donations, investments, banking, and budgeting, etc. Is responsible for overseeing the work of their staff in keeping with the Mission, Ministry, and Core Values of Jessica \& Friends Community. ? To regulate, supervise, and implement a timely, full, and accurate set of accounting books of the Jessica \& Friends Community reflecting all its activities in a manner in keeping with relevant legislation and regulation, subject to internal guidelines set by the Board of Directors.
