In this role, Supervisors direct daily GSOC operations, provide guidance on external events and physical\-security incidents, review Analyst communications and intelligence products, and ensure appropriate response, escalation, and documentation. GSOC Supervisors coordinate the GSOC’s response during significant incidents and crisis\-management events, support emergency communications, and provide timely updates to responding teams and leadership. Through these responsibilities, the GSOC helps protect New York Life’s employees, facilities, and business operations worldwide.
